As one of Sydney’s premier boutique recruitment firms, Trace Personnel has provided staffing and recruitment services on both permanent and casual bases across a variety of industries, including qualified aged care, nursing, NDIS, allied health care personnel and more. Our longevity has seen us recruit and manage staff nationally.

Directors Treacy Sheehan and Paul Clarke formalised their care services under the banner of TraceCare in 2018. The unique business structure allows TraceCare to focus on world-class service provision whilst utilising the technological power and proven processes of Trace Personnel to recruit qualified, professional staff on a national basis.
